As the Senior Social Media Coordinator, I supported 50+ private medical practices by managing their presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business. I created and scheduled quarterly content calendars by developing strategy, creating visuals,
and writing engaging copy.

As a part of the onboarding process, I crafted custom visual style guides that captured each brand’s unique personality, and created custom Canva templates that made ongoing content creation effortless. Utilizing my knowledge of design, social media trends, and visual communication principles, I created eye-catching graphics that boosted brand awareness and drove conversions.

I managed budgets for paid social campaigns and oversaw their ongoing success by analyzing performance metrics and refining strategies based on results. As a senior team member, I partnered closely with internal teams to ensure new clients were onboarded efficiently including gaining social media account access, connecting accounts to Sprout Social, developing creative strategy, and communicating roadblocks with key stakeholders.

As the Social Media Producer, I created and planned social media content for 12+ luxury real estate clients in Austin, TX. Each week, I created 50+ posts across Facebook, Instagram, and X, including designing graphics, writing engaging copy, and sourcing photos and content that aligned with each brand's voice. I also supported the production of 12 Meta ads per month, helping clients strengthen their digital presence and reach new audiences.

In this role, I balanced creativity with strategy, adapting content to meet platform-specific best practices, community trends, and client goals. I collaborated closely with internal team members to maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensure timely delivery, and continuously implement feedback to improve results.
